Dr. Rajendra Singh

Dr. Rajendra Singh is a well-known water conservationist & environmentalist from Alwar, Rajasthan. Also known as "waterman of India", he won the Stockholm Water Prize. He runs an NGO called 'Tarun Bharat Sangh' (TBS), which was founded in 1975. The NGO has helped villagers take charge of water management in their semi-arid area close to Thar Desert. He was awarded the Magsaysay Award for Community Leadership in 2001

Shilpa Shukla is an Indian theatre, television and Bollywood film actor from Hajipur, Bihar. She is known for her roles in the 2007 sports drama Chak De! T.V. Rao

T.V. RAO is currently Chairman, of TVRLS, Ahmedabad. He was Professor at the Indian Institute of Management,Ahmedabad for over 20 years beginning 1973. While at IIMA he was Chairman of the Post Graduate Program, Fellow Program, Public Systems Group, Ravi Matthai Center and also coordinated the PGP review. He left in 1994 to serve as Honorary Director of the Academy of Human Resources Development. He set up TVRLS in 1996, two years after he left IIMA.

He was a Visiting Professor since then and Adjunct Professor at IIMA since 2006 and until 2014. Currently on the Board of IIMA. Dr.Rao has also worked as L&T Professor of HRD at XLRI, Jamshedpur during 1983-85. Dr. Rao is the Founder and First President of the National HRD Network, and the First Honorary Director of the Academy of HRD,India. He was also President of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science(ISABS). Dr Rao assisted the Administrative Reforms Commission in reviewing the personnel management practices for civil services, and also served as member.

Abad Ahmad

ABAD AHMAD is at present Chair Professor, Rafi Ahmad Kidwai Chair in Management at the Centre for Management Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia, a Central University at New Delhi. He has been Professor of Management at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. He was Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Director South Campus, and Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi. Shakti Sinha

Shakti Sinha, IAS, Director Nehru Memorial Institute, is the head of Policy Research Group at the Bureau of Research in Industry and Economic Fundamentals (BRIEF). He is also the Chairperson of an upcoming think tank, South Asian Institute for Strategic Affairs (SAISA). Tejinder Singh Bhogal

Tejinder Singh Bhogal, A graduate in agriculture and a post-graduate in Rural Management. Working with National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), helped organize Orange growing farmers in North Bengal into Cooperatives. Did grassroot work, in Gujarat and Chattisgarh, for 13 years, working with an NGO, PRADAN. In Gujarat helped village communities deal with drought through water conservation. In Chattisgarh helped Tribal farmers design and run systems of micro irrigation. For the past 20 years has been working as an OD consultant and Social Analyst for Social Change organizations.

RAJEN GUPTA is presently the Professor and Chairman of the Human Behaviour and Organization Development Area at the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, India. Chitra Puranik Kuve

Chitra Puranik Kuve is a student of life through her love of Applied Behavioural Science. As she completed her BE in Instrumentation Technology, her interests moved from complex technological systems to social and psychological systems. Interested in people and change driven through people, she worked, pursued, experimented in the nonprofit sector. Convinced about the centrality of Behavioural science in driving change, she chose to take up being a facilitator and a lifelong student of ABS. She became one of the youngest persons to become a Professional Member of ISABS at 31. Dr. Lalitha Iyer

Dr. Lalitha Iyer is consultant and change facilitator working on, education, livelihoods and microfinance. She worked as an Officer in State bank of India for two decades and then headed Vidyaranya, a progressive school in Hyderabad for three years. An active professional member in ISABS she has been Regional Coordinator, Dean Programmes and Dean Professional Excellence. Professor Emeritus Gouranga P. Chattopadhyay

Professor Emeritus Gouranga P. Chattopadhyay (b. 1931) is currently an independent OD & HR consultant. Prior to his current designation he was a Professor at Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (1964-91). He was responsible for introducing the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations’ group relations technology in India. He has worked in various capacities in five continents as a socio-analyst and management expert. Chattopadhyay holds M.Sc. & D.Phil.Sc. Degrees (Calcutta University), and Honorary Fellowships from West Bengal, U.K. and Australia. A Festschrift was published in his honour on his 75th birthday, edited by Professor Ajeet N. Mathur of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. In Chattopadhyay completed personal psychoanalysis in 1983;later he trained in yoga at the Bihar School of Yoga (1987& 1992) and was initiated as Karma Sannyasin Tattwaratna by Paramahamsa Niranjan ananda Saraswati (1995). His hobbies include translating Bengali literature into English, reading widely, making walking sticks and trekking/hiking.

Prof. Vijayan Pankajakshan, Dean- Human Resources Academics & Industry Interface & CHRO (WeSchool, Mumbai ):

A Gold Medalist Post Graduate from TISS,Mumbai ( 1984 PM-IR Batch ) , Vijayan has 25 years of corporate experience in HRM, including stints in Manufacturing and TQM roles. He has been associated with a range of organisations, including Indian and MNC's .He was a core member of the Organisation Development & Transformation journey at Marico ( 1990-1999).

He holds GPHR certification and SHRM-SCP. He has been in the space of Academics, Training and Consulting, from December 2009 to date.

He has advised/engaged with clients in sectors- including- HR Professional Services ,Realty, Logistics& Shipping, E- Governance, Banking, PSU Oil Majors etc. He has conducted guest sessions /workshops at IIM Indore, TISS and RCBS , Kochi.

He has been sponsored for two Development Programmes @ Harvard Business School and Harvard University. He has served on the Board of Studies, for HR discipline, at Mumbai University. He is currently General Secretary of NHRDN Mumbai Chapter, SME for SHRM India and Core Committee Member- Employers Federation of India.

Married to Latika, he has a son Anmol ( Professional Chef) and is based out of Mumbai.

Aroon Joshi

Aroon Joshi, has led ISABS in various capacities over the years viz. Dean (external linkage) and many others facilitative roles. He has been engaged in organization development consulting for several years in corporate organizations. His rich experience of heading HR and OD function in multi -national bodies and other large sector has given him added value of multi -cultural insight and organization consulting process for several corporate bodies. He continues to be associated with several such activities of ODCP of ISABS as well. Professional with depth and rich insight on organization process and a versatile trainer and group facilitator.

R. Sankara Subramanyan

R. Sankara Subramanyan, has more than 25 years of Human Resources and top management level experience in India and abroad. He is currently Director of Change Works, a boutique change management consulting firm based out of Mumbai, India. (www.changeworksindia.com). Sankar is an ardent student of leadership and its impact on organizations and communities. He has vast experience in various aspects of OD, leadership development, talent management and personal growth. Neharika Vohra

Neharika Vohra, Professor of Organization Behaviour at IIM –A, is a PhD. in social psychology. Has been Visiting Professor, University of Manitoba and taught at the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. Currently the Associate Editor of Indian Psychological Abstracts and Reviews and Book Review Editor of International Journal of Cross Cultural Management. Has coordinated various training programs for small-scale industries located in Orissa in collaboration with Small Industries Development Bank of India. Has been involved in the training of executives of various national and multinational corporations.

Sushanta Banerjee

Sushanta Banerjee, Founder and Principal Consultant at Samuday Psycon. Early starter in Organisation Development and Institution Building consultancy practice in India (1980 onwards).He has been consulted by large and small organisations in India and abroad including the Nanyang Business School Singapore and the Govt. of Dubai. His consultancy is focused on Creating and Sustaining change for the better. He is a Founder of Sumedhas as well as its Indian Academy of Organisation Development. He has conceived an internship program in OD, has been on the design team as well as a Faculty Member in it since its inception in 2008. Sanjay Dutt

Sanjay is a 1993 PGP graduate from IIM-B and an alum of IIT-Kharagpur. Sanjay was a business leader in corporate sector for 15 years till 2006. He worked in various business leadership roles at P&G, Wipro, Accenture, AT Kearney and Infosys. For last 12 years, he has worked as an indpendent Consultant and Coach to CXOs, Entrepreneurs and Senior Managers across several industries and social sector in India. He is a mentor to young Founders and start-ups.

The role that Sanjay enjoys most is of being a father to two teenagers from his first marriage and being a late parent to a 4-year old from his second marriage. He realizes his potential of spontaneity, care and being uninhibited as a parent. He lives today in gratitude, awe and excitement of life.

Prasad Kumar (PM) is a leading Family Business Advisor. He also specializes in Strategic Facilitation and Organization Development.
