Dr. Rajendra Singh is a well-known water conservationist & environmentalist from Alwar, Rajasthan. Also known as "waterman of India", he won the Stockholm Water Prize. He runs an NGO called 'Tarun Bharat Sangh' (TBS), which was founded in 1975. The NGO has helped villagers take charge of water management in their semi-arid area close to Thar Desert. He was awarded the Magsaysay Award for Community Leadership in 2001

Shilpa Shukla is an Indian theatre, television and Bollywood film actor from Hajipur, Bihar. She is known for her roles in the 2007 sports drama Chak De! India and the 2013 neo-noir film B.A. Pass, for which she was awarded the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actress. She comes from a family of bureaucrats, political leaders, and eminent scholars of the Vaishali district of Bihar. Her brother, Tenzin Priydarshi, is a Buddhist monk, and a sister is an attorney.

T.V. RAO is currently Chairman, of TVRLS, Ahmedabad. He was Professor at the Indian Institute of Management,Ahmedabad for over 20 years beginning 1973. While at IIMA he was Chairman of the Post Graduate Program, Fellow Program, Public Systems Group, Ravi Matthai Center and also coordinated the PGP review. He left in 1994 to serve as Honorary Director of the Academy of Human Resources Development. He set up TVRLS in 1996, two years after he left IIMA.
He was a Visiting Professor since then and Adjunct Professor at IIMA since 2006 and until 2014. Currently on the Board of IIMA. Dr.Rao has also worked as L&T Professor of HRD at XLRI, Jamshedpur during 1983-85. Dr. Rao is the Founder and First President of the National HRD Network, and the First Honorary Director of the Academy of HRD,India. He was also President of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science(ISABS). Dr Rao assisted the Administrative Reforms Commission in reviewing the personnel management practices for civil services, and also served as member.

Shakti Sinha, IAS, Director Nehru Memorial Institute, is the head of Policy Research Group at the Bureau of Research in Industry and Economic Fundamentals (BRIEF). Virendra singh Sisodia is a civil servant who served the Governments of Rajasthan and India in various capacities. Working with National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), helped organize Orange growing farmers in North Bengal into Cooperatives. Did grassroot work, in Gujarat and Chattisgarh, for 13 years, working with an NGO, PRADAN. In Gujarat helped village communities deal with drought through water conservation. In Chattisgarh helped Tribal farmers design and run systems of micro irrigation. For the past 20 years has been working as an OD consultant and Social Analyst for Social Change organizations.

RAJEN GUPTA is presently the Professor and Chairman of the Human Behaviour and Organization Development Area at the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, India. Chitra Puranik Kuve is a student of life through her love of Applied Behavioural Science. As she completed her BE in Instrumentation Technology, her interests moved from complex technological systems to social and psychological systems. Interested in people and change driven through people, she worked, pursued, experimented in the nonprofit sector. Convinced about the centrality of Behavioural science in driving change, she chose to take up being a facilitator and a lifelong student of ABS. Dr. Lalitha Iyer is consultant and change facilitator working on, education, livelihoods and microfinance. She worked as an Officer in State bank of India for two decades and then headed Vidyaranya, a progressive school in Hyderabad for three years. An active professional member in ISABS she has been Regional Coordinator, Dean Programmes and Dean Professional Excellence. Professor Emeritus Gouranga P. Chattopadhyay (b. 1931) is currently an independent OD & HR consultant. Prior to his current designation he was a Professor at Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (1964-91). He was responsible for introducing the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations’ group relations technology in India. He has worked in various capacities in five continents as a socio-analyst and management expert. Chattopadhyay holds M.Sc. & D.Phil.Sc. Degrees (Calcutta University), and Honorary Fellowships from West Bengal, U.K. and Australia. A Festschrift was published in his honour on his 75th birthday, edited by Professor Ajeet N. Mathur of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. In Chattopadhyay completed personal psychoanalysis in 1983;later he trained in yoga at the Bihar School of Yoga (1987& 1992) and was initiated as Karma Sannyasin Tattwaratna by Paramahamsa Niranjan ananda Saraswati (1995).
